Orange Juice Cake


15 oz White Cake Mix
6 oz Orange Jello
1 c Orange Juice
3/4 c Vegetable Oil
4 Large Eggs

Frosting:
2 tbsp Orange Juice
1 c Powdered Sugar
Zest from 1 Orange
1 c Chopped Pistachio Nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease Bundt pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine cake mix, Jello, orange juice, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl and mix well until all ingredients are well blended. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Remove from oven to rest in pan 5 minutes. Remove cake from pan to cool completely on wire rack. Mix powdered sugar and orange juice and beat until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake. Sprinkle zest and pistachios over top of cake.
